Original Rogue One Illustration by Monte M. This is a very unique illustration from me for two reasons, one is that it was drawn/created on 12/16/16 (this friday) which is the official release date for Rogue One, but even more unique, is that the entire illustration was created on 5 lifestream sessions on Facebook, and friends/fans could watch the creation over a 5-6 hour period!
This is a first for me having a piece created this 13x19 inch pencil and airbrush original on a live video stream exclusively. Currently I paint 2-3 cover paintings per month for titles like Judge Dredd/Anderson PSI Division, Lady Death, Notti and Nyce and other occasional titles like SoulFire, Chaos! My work is well known in the fantasy genres for my work on Dungeons and Dragons, Harry Potter, Magic the Gathering and for DC, Marvel, IDW and many other gaming and comics covers. My pencil work has been awarded Best Black and White art, at the 1998 and 2001 World Fantasy Art shows, and I currently have 8 fantasy art and pin-up books in publication.
