You are looking at a 2003 Master Replicas Star Wars Darth Maul Lightsaber. It is a full scale replica of Darth Maul's lightsaber. Only 3000 units were produced. This one is numbered 202/3000. The certificate of authenticity is included and is in the pictures above. The acrylic stand is also included. The paper box has some scrapes on the edges but otherwise is in good condition. The inner hard-case box is in excellent condition. The rubber rings on the lightsaber have some cracks from age, but aren't visible until you look closely. The lightsaber has either been on a shelf on display or has been in the cushioned box. It has been handled by maybe 5 people ever. It was kept in a smoke free home.
